As far as programming for the iPhone, if Adobe finishes their Flash Player for the iPhone, then it will not need to be configured for the device, since it is essentially a (dynamically generated) looping Flash animation. I'm not sure it would be worth paying for, unless it could replace the graphic and time on the initial 'unlock' screen.
